Angel Reese Caitlin Clark Unite at WNBA All-Star Game

Rivals on the court, Angel Reese and Caitlin Clark teamed up for the 2024 WNBA All-Star Game.

During a chat with ESPN/ABC’s Ryan Ruocco and Rebecca Lobo, Reese shared how playing alongside Clark has been “great.” She also hinted at a possible reunion in four years to play for the USA Olympic team.

Clark hasnโ€™t said much about their future plans. But before Saturdayโ€™s game against Team USA, she praised Reese. “She’s having an incredible year,” Clark said via WNBA. “She’s probably going to lead the game in rebounds .”

Game Highlights:

Clark started the game while Reese came off the bench. Both made their mark in the first half, keeping Team WNBA close at 54-52 by halftime. Reese had four points (2-for-6 shooting) and led with seven rebounds. Meanwhile, Clark scored only two points (1-for-6 shooting) but had seven assists.

Fans might think it’s cool seeing these rivals work together so well.

Allisha Gray from Atlanta Dream stole the show with 12 points, two rebounds, and two steals off the bench. This was just a day after she won both the skills challenge and three-point contest! On Team USA’s side, Breanna Stewart (14 points) and A’ja Wilson (13 points) were key players. Diana Taurasi added eight points and some assists.

The 2028 Olympics are still far away, but imagining Reese and Clark teaming up is exciting!
