Bulls Coach Confirms Bad News on Lonzo Ball

Lonzo Ball hasn’t played since late October because of a wrist injury.

Coach’s Concerns:

Although Lonzo hoped to be back for the game against Houston, Coach Billy Donovan isn’t so sure. He mentioned that Lonzo had a tough workout in New York, and it’s still painful for him to catch passes. So, he’ll be out for at least another week.

Recovery Timeline:

Doctors initially said it could take anywhere from two to six weeks for Lonzo’s wrist to heal, depending on how things go. But he hasn’t tried any contact drills yet.

Pregame Practice:

Before the last game, Lonzo was seen practicing. He dribbled with both hands but only shot left-handed layups and floaters.

Fans are really hoping he gets better soon!

Team Adjustments:

With Lonzo still out, Coach Donovan is relying more on Ayo Dosunmu as the main guard off the bench. Dalen Terry and Julian Phillips will also get more playing time on the wing.
