Unexpected Screech in Abu Dhabi:
During a preseason game against the Celtics in Abu Dhabi, something unusual happened. As the score was tied at 86 in the fourth quarter, Boston’s center, Neemias Queta, let out a loud screech that sounded like a hawk. This moment went viral when Queta was under the basket waiting for a pass from Jordan Walsh, but it never came his way.

Fans couldn’t stop talking about Queta’s unexpected scream.
Queta’s Performance and Team Dynamics:
In this preseason debut, Queta didn’t just make noise; he also played well. He scored six points without missing any of his three shots and added three rebounds and one block in just 13 minutes on the court. Last season, he played alongside Kristaps Porzingis, Al Horford, and Luke Kornet but averaged only about 12 minutes per game. Even though he didn’t play much during playoffs, he showed potential with some decent stats.
We hope to see more of these exciting moments from him!
With Porzingis recovering from an injury that might keep him out until winter, there’s a chance for others to step up. If Queta keeps performing well during preseason games, he might get more time on the court and maybe even more chances to show off his unique vocal skills!
