Chris Paul recently sold his huge mansion in Encino, California, for $15.15 million.
The house is 12,830 square feet with eight bedrooms and twelve bathrooms. It has a home theater, saltwater pool, gym, glass wine cellar, and even a basketball court.
Paul decided to sell the house this summer with realtor Ikem Chukumerije. The buyer was represented by “Selling Sunset” stars Jason Oppenheim and Mary Bonnet. According to Redfin.com, Paul first listed the home for $16.495 million on June 21.

This estate also includes a four-car garage, generator, and guardhouse for extra security and convenience. The kitchen is massive with double islands and a cozy breakfast nook.
Built in 2020 on 1.35 acres of land, the mansion is valued at $1,181 per square foot. While it was built only four years ago, its sales history goes back to 1976.

Chris Paul still owns another mansion worth $19 million in Los Angeles. Records show that the Encino property was bought for just $117k back in May 1976! Before building this mansion in 2020, the previous home sold for over a million dollars twice between 2011 and 2014.
In terms of taxes, Chris Paul paid about $141k in property taxes in 2023โa slight increase from what he paid in 2022 ($134k). Before the new mansion was built in 2020, taxes were much lower at around $32k annually.
