The Utah Jazz have signed Svi Mykhailiuk to a four-year, $15 million contract.
According to his agent Michael Lelchitski, the first year of Mykhailiuk’s deal is fully guaranteed at $3.5 million, while the remaining three years are not guaranteed. At 27 years old, he will compete for playing time at both wing positions.
Mykhailiuk’s NBA Journey
Mykhailiuk has been on quite a journey in the NBA, with Utah being his eighth team since he was drafted 47th overall by the Lakers in 2018. Last season, he played 41 games for Boston.

Over his career spanning 293 games (56 starts), he’s averaged 6.3 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game while shooting around 40% from the field and over 36% from three-point range.
Performance Highlights
The last time Mykhailiuk played more than 50 games in one season was with Toronto in the 2021-22 season where he averaged nearly five points per game in about 13 minutes of playtime each night. His best season was with Detroit in 2019-20 when he averaged nine points and over twenty-two minutes per game.

In his stint with Boston last season, Mykhailiuk had some notable performances including tying his career-high of 26 points against Washington on April 14th.
