Playing back-to-back games usually tires out NBA players, but De’Aaron Fox seems to get even better.
Fox’s Impressive Performance:
In his last two games, Fox scored an incredible 109 points. On Friday against the Timberwolves, he racked up 60 points with 22 out of 35 shots made and seven assists. The next night, he continued his hot streak with 49 points and nine assists in a win over the Jazz.
Fox joined legends like Wilt Chamberlain and Kobe Bryant by achieving this feat of scoring over 109 points in consecutive games. He did this after playing a grueling 44 minutes the previous night without key teammates DeMar DeRozan and Domantas Sabonis. His performance was nothing short of heroic as he led his team to victory.
Contributions Beyond Scoring:
Fox wasn’t just scoring; he was setting up his teammates too. Out of his nine assists, six resulted in three-pointers, two led to dunks, and one turned into a layup. This means Fox played a part in more than half of Sacramento’s total points that night!
Fans can’t help but wonder if anyone can stop him right now.
Unstoppable Even Without Shoes:
Even when things got tricky on the court, like losing a shoe while stealing the ball from Keyonte George in the first quarter, Fox didn’t miss a beat. He casually put it back on mid-play and still managed to score at the other end!
Fox is so unstoppable right now that it seems like he doesn’t need rest or even shoes to shine on the court!
