Patrick Beverley shared an interesting update about his basketball future on social media.
He mentioned he’s deciding between a veteran minimum contract in the NBA and what he called a “historic” deal to play in Europe.
Weighing His Options:
On X, Beverley posted that he’s considering both choices.

It’s not clear what “historic” means, but it likely involves a lot more money in Europe than staying in the NBA. Last year, he felt he deserved a raise after playing for the minimum, but that doesn’t seem to be happening now.
Fans might think this is a tough choice for him because of money and career prestige.
At 36 years old, Beverley still plays well as part of the rotation. He averaged just 20 minutes per game with the Philadelphia 76ers and Milwaukee Bucks last season. In Europe, he’d probably get more playing time and cash but face less challenging competition.
If he returns to the NBA, he’ll need to serve a suspension due to an earlier incident with a fan.
What do you think? Should Beverley stay in the NBA or go for the big bucks in Europe?
