Stephen Curry Ankle Injury Update

Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors got hurt during a game against the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday.

Details of the Injury:

During the third quarter, Curry seemed to hurt his ankle. He limped to the bench but came back to play. However, in the fourth quarter, he twisted it again while setting a screen and had to leave for good. The Warriors later shared that an MRI showed no serious damage, but Curry will miss at least two games and be checked again on Friday.

Coach’s Thoughts and Game Performance:

Coach Steve Kerr mentioned he wasn’t too worried about Curry’s injury, calling it “mild.” But since it’s early in the season, they’ll be careful with him. In that game against the Clippers, Curry scored 18 points with six assists, four rebounds, and two steals in just 27 minutes. He was shooting well too!

Fans hope Steph gets better soon because he’s such an important player for the team.

Sometimes we wonder how these athletes keep going despite injuries!
