Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry shared a video on the last day of the Democratic National Convention (DNC) to support Vice President Kamala Harris for the 2024 U.S. Presidential Election.
Stephen Curry’s Endorsement
In his message, Curry wore his gold medal from the Paris Olympics and expressed how honored he felt representing the country. He emphasized, โItโs been an honor to support Kamala [Harris]. So letโs all do our part. That unity on and off the court reminded us that together we can do all things and continue to inspire the world.โ
Curry, now 36, said that his time at the Paris Olympics inspired him to speak out. The two-time MVP believes Harris can bring people together.

Curry added, โThatโs why I believe that Kamala as president can bring that unity back and continue to move our country forward. This is about preserving hope and belief in our country. Making sure families can be taken care of in their most precious times.โ
He also mentioned visiting Harris at the White House with his team last year, saying it convinced him she belongs in the Oval Office. Quoting Michelle Obama, he urged everyone to vote: โDo something. Go vote.โ
Steve Kerr’s Support
Three days before Curry’s endorsement, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr also backed Harris at the DNC. He committed to helping people vote on Nov. 5.
Kerr humorously referenced Curryโs famous โNight, nightโ celebration gesture: โAfter the results are tallied, we can โ in the words of Steph Curry โ tell Donald Trump โNight, night.โโ
