Steve Kerr Warns Team USA About Serbia

Team USA head coach Steve Kerr is worried about Serbia.

Kerr warned that the Americans can’t underestimate Serbia. Team USA beat them by 26 points in a pre-Olympic exhibition and again by 26 in group play.

โ€œWe canโ€™t get lulled to sleep because we beat them twice,โ€ Kerr said, via Brian Windhorst of ESPN. โ€œWe have to be prepared for their best effort. Weโ€™ve got to think about what are they going to do differently. (Nikola) Jokic, I guess he could play 40 minutes. What else do they have up their sleeve?โ€

Serbia’s Strategy:

Jokic and Serbia tied the U.S. team during his 31 minutes on the court but lost 29-3 when he wasn’t playing. Kerr thinks Serbia might rely more on Jokic in this crucial semifinal game.

Jokic has been determined since arriving in Paris , and the U.S will face a tough challenge against him on Thursday. However, Team USA has enough talent to rotate players and keep Jokic in check.

Fans may feel anxious about this upcoming match.

What do you think? Can Team USA handle Jokic again?
