Topps Reveals Rare Signed Paris Olympics Card Featuring LeBron, Curry, Durant

Topps has introduced a super rare Paris Olympics card signed by LeBron James, Stephen Curry, and Kevin Durant.

Redemption Card Details

The special card will be randomly sent to someone who buys the stars’ base card from Topps. This base card went on sale at 6:20 p.m. ET on Saturday after Team USA’s gold medal win against France with a score of 98-87.

According to Topps, the buying window closes on Tuesday, Aug. 13 at 6:20 p.m. ET. After that, one lucky customer will get the redemption card for this triple autograph.

A spokesperson from Topps mentioned that the winner would receive their autographed card within ten days after sales close. The base card featuring James, Curry, and Durant is priced at $11.99 in retail stores.

This is LeBron’s first-ever autographed Topps card and the first time all three players have signed one together. Thereโ€™s also another Paris Olympics individual card of James during the Opening Ceremony which has already sold nearly 14,000 copies.

โ€œThis unique moment during the Olympics where three top basketball players won gold together is what this card celebrates,โ€ said Clay Luraschi from Topps to ESPNโ€™s Dave McMenamin.

Fans think this triple autograph makes the card very special!

High Value of Autograph Cards

In auctions, cards with signatures from stars like James along with Michael Jordan or Kobe Bryant have fetched tens of thousands of dollars.

Ken Goldin from Goldin Auctions believes this new triple-autograph could easily reach six figures but noted its value might be limited since it’s not a pack-pulled card.

The Topps Now program releases cards as sports history happens rather than commemorating an entire season like traditional sets do. These limited-time cards are available only on Topps.com with free shipping and print runs announced for comparison purposes.

Curryโ€™s special edition for his game against Serbia sold over 88,000 copies while Durantโ€™s record-breaking Olympic scoring performance saw more than 11,500 cards sold so far!
