WNBA All-Star: Dream Guard Wins Skills Challenge, Three-Point Contest

The 2024 WNBA All-Star skills and three-point contest made history.

Allisha Gray from the Atlanta Dream became the first player to win both competitions in one season.

Gray started by winning the All-Star skills competition, completing both rounds in exactly 32.1 seconds each. Then she moved on to dominate the three-point contest, scoring 23 points in round one and finishing with 22 points in the finals against Jonquel Jones.

Fans are thrilled about her incredible achievement this season.

Big Payday:

Gray’s historic night earned her $110,000 total, which is more than double what she made as a rookie. This payday is also close to her annual salary for 2024, which is $185,000.

Gray was picked fourth overall by Dallas Wings in the 2017 draft and won Rookie of the Year. After six seasons with them, she joined Atlanta Dream last year and became an All-Star two years straight. This season she’s been amazing with averages of 15.5 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 2.5 assists over 24 games.

What do you think about Allisha’s amazing feat?
